City of Washington residents might have another increase to their water and sewer bill starting in the summer.  That increase is part of previously enacted law. It is included in the draft budget for next year.  Water and sewer customers previously had a big increase to water and sewer bills which was meant to assist in the funding for a new waste-water treatment plant.  That plant went online last year. This summer, a much smaller three-point-five percent could occur.

The council plans to met again next week for more discussion about the budget.
