A 26-year-old man of Jupiter, Florida was arrested in Washington Thursday morning. Moises Garcia was wanted out of Palm Beach, Florida for lewd or lascivious battery. Allegedly, the same subject uses the alias Javier Castillo and lists his age as 28-years-old. Under this alias he was wanted by Colquitt County of Georgia for statutory rape and Moultrie Police Department for driving under the influence of alcohol.
