A vehicle owned by Pleasantview Home was driven into JW’s Foods in Kalona sometime last night or early this morning, a deputy came across the scene at approximately 1:30 a.m., reports Sheriff Jerry Dunbar.

Jean Eleanor Hesseltine

Celebration of life services for 76-year-old Jean Eleanor Hesseltine of Wayland will be held at 1:30 Thursday (3/28) at the First Christian Church with Pastor Colton Clay officiating. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Sandy Hook Cemetery in rural Brighton. Memorials have been established for Washington County Hospice.
