The Riverside City Council has identified projects to be paid for using funds generated by Tax Increment Financing.

One of the projects discussed at this week’s work session was the replacement of the sidewalks in front of the businesses downtown. Another project outlined, that could start as soon as June, would place a street and create 17 lots for homes on the 11 acres the city bought last year. City Administrator Rusty Rogerson says the estimate for the road and utilities is $660,000.
