Two Washington County School Districts are in the running to win a statewide contest. 41 schools are taking part in the Live Healthy Iowa Kids K-12 Cup Challenge, where participation is measured through the results submitted for the 10 Week Wellness Challenge. Erin Rugg, Co-Chair of Washington County’s Healthiest State Initiative, says rankings released last week show Mid-Prairie in 4^th place and Highland School District in 7^th. A winner will be decided at the end of the 10 weeks.
