This year the Washington County Conservation Board is celebrating its 50th anniversary of serving Washington County. Naturalist Pam Holz says, the board and staff decided to hold many events throughout the year to encourage people to enjoy the many parks across the county. Some of the events include a digital treasure hunt, a bird feeder made from a recycled tire program, a fishing clinic for children and a shooting event at Clemons Creek with the Washington CCB and the Washington Archers.
