Local residents have had opportunities to sample dishes from other cultures, thanks to a group of students at Iowa Mennonite School. Ranee Brokaw’s Culinary Arts Class have been holding exhibitions, where students choose a country, plan a menu, and take turns being the executive chef. Last month there was a German meal, earlier this month they served a Brazilian meal, and tomorrow they’ll offer a meal consisting of Finnish cuisine.

The meals are held in Celebration Hall and reservations can be made by calling the school.
