The Mid-Prairie girl’s soccer team stayed on the winning track when they beat West Liberty 6-2 last night.

The scoring got off to a rough start on West Liberty when they let in an own goal. The Golden Hawks used that to push forward with their offense and Ashley Miller continued with her scoring, getting her fourth goal in two games.

Allison Riggan had three assists in the game, one to Miller, Taylor Hershberger and Renee Buckwalter, but Riggan also grabbed her self a goal. The sixth goal came from a second one scored by Hershberger.

Mid-Prairie outshot West Liberty 23-5 in the 6-2 win.

The Golden Hawks will host Fairfield tonight at 4:30.
