The 5th Annual Washington County Spring Preview Cattle Show was held last weekend with 105 youth from across the state exhibiting 137 head of cattle. In the market beef division Elizabeth Jones of Williamsburg took supreme champion while Jaedyn Evans of Kalona was named reserve champion. Supreme champion for the breeding heifer went to Gracie Danner of West Liberty and reserve champion was Cade Van Vliet of Otley.
The Washington County 4-H County Council planned the event with help of the 4-H Youth Committee and support of local businesses and families.
