At approximately 12:45 Wednesday afternoon local authorities responded to an accident involving one vehicle on 250th west of Elm in western Washington County. The vehicle struck a bridge. 250th is currently closed in the area. Keota Fire and First Responders, Washington County Ambulance and Rescue and Air Care Units responded to the scene.
