One farmer says he’s dealing with a lot more capital than he was just a few years ago. Washington County farmer Dave Skubal says the increased value of farm land and higher cash rents have offset the increase to corn and soybean prices over the past few years. He says along with those increases came higher prices for things like seed, fertilizer and machinery.
