The sentencing of a Fairfield man convicted of murder has been pushed back. The sentencing was postponed to July 9th, following a motion from 33-year-old Tyler James Webster’s defense for a new trial on Tuesday. According to Jefferson County Attorney Timothy Dille, the judge presiding over the case hasn’t given a ruling on the motion. Last month Webster was found guilty of murdering Buddy Lee Frisbie in the second degree.
