An event held the past few years in Wellman will take place again this year. The Family Fun Fest is sponsored by New Life Community Church, originally to get the word out about their new church, but now just as a way to bring families together. Organizer of the festival, Sara Puttman, says there are science experiments, games and a puppet show planned for kids. The event, now in its fourth year, is being held tomorrow from 9:30 to 11:30am at North Park.
