A plant sale is being held by the Washington County Master Gardeners next Saturday, May 18th. The plants are donated by the master gardeners and most plants come from their gardens and are potted in early spring. Master Gardener Dianne Nelson says that there are typically a great number of perennials and a few annuals, with mostly flowers being sold. Herbs, houseplants, some hanging baskets, garden art pieces and some slightly used tools may also be for sale.

The sale at the Washington County Fairgrounds begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 18th, and lasts until the items are sold out and master gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions.
