A chapter of an international organization is looking for volunteers to help with a project in Columbus City. Louisa County Habitat for Humanity is building a house in Columbus City at 2607 Burlington Street.

Work began last week with sub flooring on Tuesday and they started on the walls Saturday. The non-profit continues to look for volunteers to help this fall on every Saturday from 8 to 4.

The length of time you stay is flexible, whether you just have a couple of a hours to help out or half a day.
