WACO Girls Take Second at Home Meet

The WACO girl’s track and field team hosted the WACO relays last night, a girl’s only track meet, and here are the results of the meet.

Lou Krieger-Coen of WMU won the discus with a throw of 109’1”, and swept the throwing events with a winning throw in the shot of 33’1.25”.

Highland’s Sam Dutton cleared 5’ to win the high jump, and WMU won the shuttle finishing 10 seconds before the second place team with a time of 1:08.57.

Cassie Kingery of WMU won the 100 hurdles in a time of 15.52, while her teammate Anna Crawford took home the 400 hurdles in a time of 1:10.57, and Jennie Green of WACO won the 200 meter dash in 28.03.

Mediapolis was the meet winners with 179 points, WACO was second with 106, WMU was third with 88 and Highland was fourth with 77.
