The planning and zoning commission presented its full report to the Board of Supervisors this week. Don Kline, chair, says that the commission’s overall recommendation is that the supervisors keep zoning but amend it to better suit the public’s needs. Kline and Planning and Zoning Administrator Steve Lafaurie presented the report and answered questions regarding it.

The supervisors acknowledged the report and showed differing opinions as to amending zoning or rescinding all of zoning. An action item is to be placed on the agenda for next week’s meeting.
