Two presentations will be given at tomorrow’s special session meeting of the Washington City Council. Police Chief Greg Goodman will speak about meth problems and Becky Harkema will speak about YMCA facilities planning. Also, the council will discuss an outdoor event at the Wagon Wheel, urban chickens permit process and industrial park concepts. The meeting will commence at 6 p.m. tomorrow at the Washington Public Library.
