The Washington Softball team took care of business against Mt. Pleasant last night, and any worry that the team had about their bats went into their score.

Washington beat Mt. Pleasant 12-1 in six innings the first game and 10-0 in the second in five innings.

In game one Ashley Rausch returned to form throwing four K’s, and allowing just one run. Joni Erwin went 4-4 in the game with three runs and four RBI’s.

In game two, Maddie Bohr lowers her already low ERA again with no runs off two hits. Grace Redlinger hit a two run shot in the bottom of the third to put her, Sammy Ellingson and Maddie Bohr all at 3-4 on the night, Kolbi Breard went 3-3 in game two.

Washington is now 6-2 and plays at a tournament in Fairfield.
