This weekend Sammy Ellingson will be representing Washington high school track and field at the senior spotlight meet in Joliet.

Ellingson was invited after her great performance at the Drake relays where she finished fifth in the high jump.

Ellingson will also participate in the shuttle hurdle relay for team Iowa.

This meet is between team Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois, and will take place in Joliet Illinois this year.
