Washington County Attorney Larry Brock has, at the request of Supervisor Stan Stoops, provided a step-by-step procedure and timeframe guide for the board of supervisors as to how to rescind zoning. He estimates it will be a five step procedure with the potential to be complete by July 11th. The first step could occur at Tuesday’s board of supervisors’ meeting at 9:30 a.m. if the board approves a motion to draft a resolution for rescinding zoning.
