The Kalona City Council will consider a unique request at their meeting tonight. The Southeast Iowa Paranormal Society is seeking permission to walk through the Sharon Hill Cemetery to determine if there is paranormal activity. City Administrator Ryan Schlabaugh says the group wants to do this at the cemetery this weekend. The council will decide whether or not to allow it at tonight’s meeting.
