Mid-Prairie softball takes on Iowa City Regina tonight on KCII.

The Golden Hawks are 21-7 this season and are hitting .335, they’ve beat Iowa City Regina earlier in the year 8-5 and are looking to do it again.

Their lead bat is still Felicia Schulty with a .464 average and 34 RBI’s on the season with six home runs, five other batters have over a .300 average.

The pitching staff is lead by Olivia Lugar with a 2.18 ERA and 58 K’s and Taylor Kurtz with a 12-3 record and a 2.42 ERA.

Regina is 14-12 this year and is hitting .310 as a team, and their leading hitter is Kennedy Brown with a .405 average and 15 RBI’s along with five homeruns, and Megan Bonnett with a .400 average and 16 RBI’s.

Pitching wise for Regina, Bonnett does the most work with a 2.02 ERA, 55 K’s in 72 2/3 innings of work.
