The annual Relay for Life is being held this Saturday in Washington from noon to midnight. Shelly Hoffman will be the survivor speaker and Kelly Lamb will be the caregiver speaker during the Power of Purple Ceremony at 6 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. the Memorial Ceremony will be held with the luminaria lighting ceremony at 9:30 p.m. At this time over 200 people have registered and together have collected over $21,000.

In addition to the traditional Relay for Life event, a 5k and 10k is being held Saturday morning – with registration available the morning of in Central Park at 8 a.m. As well as a pancake breakfast held at the Methodist Church that morning from 7 to 11 a.m.
