Following the recent storm drainage failures in Riverside, the city is working to address the problem. According to City Administrator Rusty Rogerson, he’s going to recommend a complete storm water management study, which would then be added to the capitol improvement plan. He says fixing the issues, like pooling water, will require a lot of infrastructure, but has to be done eventually.
