Riverside selected a contractor to do asphalt work in the city this summer at their council meeting this week. According to Rusty Rogerson, city administrator for Riverside, the work will be done in a variety of places, the most noticeable project being the parking spots along Highway 22. Handicapped parking spaces in front of the senior dining building will be made level and the parking lot next to the bank along the highway will be redone. The city council chose LL Pelling’s bid of around $30,000.
