A veterans organization in Riverside will receive funds from the city’s motel/hotel tax. At their last meeting, the council approved a $10,000 grant for the Riverside VFW. The motion was passed 4 to 1. According to City Administrator Rusty Rogerson the VFW plans to update their kitchen with new equipment.
