Those in the English River Watershed with concerns or interest in a proposed coalition can attend a meeting tomorrow. Kalona City Administrator Ryan Schlabaugh says the meeting will go over the 28E agreement needed to form a watershed management authority, and what it would allow them to do. The meeting at the North English community center at 7 will also feature local farmers, who will talk about farm practices that can help reduce erosion and flooding issues.
