A presentation titled “N.P. Chipman and His Role in the Civil War Trials” is being given tomorrow evening by Marjorie Neil. Neil says that Chipman grew up in the city of Washington. The public program is being held in the Genealogy Room in the public library at 7 p.m. by the Genealogical Society.
