The district pairings have been released for 1A and 2A baseball.
In 2A, Mid-Prairie and Columbus are both in district 11. The Golden Hawks will play Central Lee in the first round on July 13, the winner plays Wapello in round two. Columbus Junction will play West Burlington in the first round, and the winner of that game will play Mediapolis in round two.
In 1A district eight we find the superconference bracket with WMU and Danville playing on July 16, along with Lone Tree against Highland and IMS against New London. The other three teams in this bracket are Burlington-Notre Dame playing the play in game against Holy Trinity Catholic, in which the winner will play Van Buren.
In 1A district nine, Keota will have a play in game on July 13 against Tri County, the winner plays Cardinal on July 16. The rest of the district will also start on the 16th with Sigourney playing Pekin. Other teams in the district are North Mahaska, Lynnville-Sully, Montezuma and English Valleys.
Washington and 3A pairings have not been released, KCII will get them to you as the state releases them.
