After a stop at the Iowa Summer Games last weekend, archer Matt Stutzman will be closer to his hometown of Kalona this weekend. The Paralympic silver medalist will be at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church’s Bulls Eye Extravaganza on the Iowa Mennonite School campus beginning at 6 tomorrow evening. He’ll speak to those who attend and will display his target shooting, something he does without arms.

Stutzman says he’s currently training for competitions, and is hoping to make the trip to compete at the Rio de Janeiro Paralympics in 2016.
