A Washington man’s trial began this week. Johnatan Sanchez is facing five counts of robbery in the first degree – each is a class B felony, and control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon. He was arrested in March following an executed search warrant conducted by the city and county SWAT team at 410 East Madison Street in Washington. Jury selection began Tuesday.
