Demon Baseball Hosts Solon on KCII

The Washington Demon baseball team is coming off their game in St.Louis, and will play at home today against Solon.

Washington is under .500 on the season, and is looking to get a winning streak going before the tournament.

Jacob Green is still the top bat with a .356 average and 20 RBI’s on the year, while Elijah Wood is the top pitching ace with a 2-1 record and a .8 ERA this season.

Solon is 21-9 this year and is hitting .320, their top hitter is Elijah Kane, with a .402 average and 19 RBI’s on the year with a homerun. Three other Spartans are hitting over .340 on the season. On the pitching staff it is one of nine different arms that you could see, but the top arm is Mitch Silberstein with a 5-2 record, 1.83 ERA and 30 strikeouts on the year.
