A law enforcement effort focused on human trafficking has led to arrests in Hills. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, arrests made late last week were part of a human trafficking project in the city conducted by the department. The project’s goal is to locate under age children forced into prostitution.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Iowa City Police, Coralville Police, University of Iowa Police, Marion Police and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
