A state board and a Letts man have come to an agreement. The Iowa Board of Physicians Assistants had accused Russell Lee Quinton of fraud, after he failed to submit continued education documentation when renewing his license. The final order issued last week puts Quinton’s existing permit on inactive status. He may reapply, but is subject to extra discretion from the board. All charges were dismissed.
