Celebration of life services for 81-year-old Raymond E. “Ray” Carter of Washington will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 9th (8/9) at the United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at noon Thursday, August 8, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:30 Thursday evening. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County, the American Cancer Society or the United Methodist Church.
