Funeral Services for 68 year-old Richard “Dick” Durst of Wellman are at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow (7/30) at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 to 8 pm today(7/29) at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman where the family will greet friends from 5 to 8 pm. A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is handling the arrangements.
