The draft ordinance to rescind zoning was tabled again at yesterday’s Washington County Supervisors’ meeting. A draft of the ordinance was discussed and some amendments were made. One section itemized a list of 13 reasons to rescind zoning, with some opinion-based and others factual. The supervisors decided to further look at this list and Supervisor Jack Seward stated he would like to see it shorter and more succinct. The topic will be placed on the board’s agenda for next week’s meeting.
