Bids for a water main project in Wellman will be reviewed by the City Council Monday. According to Nick Pacha, Wellman City Administrator, the estimate came in just under $100,000 for the 5th Street water main replacement. A deadline for bids has been set for Monday morning. Pacha says a mid-August start for the project is possible.
