The Keota volleyball team brings back some quality offense for the 2013 season.

Kelsi Sieren returns for her senior year, while Madison Sheetz comes back as a junior. Both girls had over 200 kills on the year and had around 20 aces. Sheetz also brings back 36 blocks from last year.

The Eagles will need to find a new setter with the graduation of Jade Redlinger who led the team with 459 assists, and no one else out of the single digits. Defensively they will also need some help from Kelsi Sieren and Brooke Sieren who have the most digs returning.

Keota starts their season off with a home volleyball tournament on August 26, and will start the conference season on September 12 against North Mahaska. Keota plays the Sigourney rivalry game on October 7.

Keota will also play in the Washington tournament on October 12, and start regional’s on October 22.
