A final letter will be sent to residents of Rubio and Richmond from the Washington County Board of Supervisors regarding the sanitary sewer system projects. Supervisor Jack Seward explains that the letter states that residents must have a plan in action and in compliance with Department of Natural Resources regulation by September 1st. If people do not do this, Seward, stated that the county could face fines. He also said that members of the board will meet with DNR officials to discuss inspections on existing systems.
