Dogs can swim in the city pool Monday. The Washington Dog Park Association is hosting the 7th Annual Doggie Paddle Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Washington Steele Aquatic Center. Representatives from PAWS and More Animal Shelter will be available at the event to microchip dogs for a fee. There is a $5 cost for each dog to take a plunge in the pool Monday evening.

Sunday is the final day the pool will be open for regular admission this year.
