The Washington Steele Aquatic Center is now closed for the season, however tonight is a chance for canine friends to take a swim. The Washington Dog Park Association is hosting the 7th Annual Doggie Paddle from 4 to 8 today. Speaking of the event, Tim Widmer, city parks superintendent says that it is a good time for dogs and their owners alike. The cost is $5 for each dog. Also, representatives from PAWS and More Animal Shelter will be available at the event to microchip dogs for a fee.
