Animals you won’t usually find in southeast Iowa will be available for purchase in Kalona tomorrow. The Kalona Sales Barn is hosting their Exotic Animal Sale, something they do only a few times a year. Zebras, giraffes, and camels have been featured at the sale in years past . Sales Barn Manager, Bobby Harris, says small reptiles and birds, like parakeets and cockatoos, are more common.
