Three days of southern gospel and bluegrass music kicks off tomorrow. The Kalona Gospel Sing has been held outside of town at Windmill Ridge Campground for the past 20 years. James Yoder, who started the music festival, says its grown over the years. Around 17 bands are slated to perform this weekend. He explains they come from all over the Midwest and some are from the area, like the Sharon Bethel Quartet and the Dunbar Family Gospel Singers.
