A ghost tour will be held this weekend at Elm Grove Cemetery. Carol Ray with the Washington Historic Preservation Commission explains that eight historical figures from Washington will be portrayed by area citizens near their gravestone to explain who they were in the community.

Ola Babcock Miller the mother of the Highway Patrol and Civil War participant Colonel C.J. Palmer are two of those that will be talking to visitors.
