The No. 13 Mid-Prairie football team takes on Louisa Muscatine tonight.

The Golden Hawks are coming off another good win, beating Central Lee 49-7. Reid Miller has been throwing through the air quite a bit this season going 29-57 with 418 yards three picks and two touchdowns. On the ground Austin Slabaugh has led the way with 204 yards and two touchdowns, while Eesaa Baylor makes his way back into the fold with 149 yards and two touchdowns. Zach Schwartz is the man with the hands with 173 yards and nine catches with a touchdown.

For L-M they won 42-40 over West Liberty last week in a shootout, and gave up 481 total yards. Their quarterback Austin Bohling isn’t going to throw a lot going just 6-16 this season with 91 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. On the ground Brandon Tomer is the main rusher with 718 yards and five touchdowns, but Blake Kemp can also run with 356 yards and four touchdowns.

Tomer is the No. 1 back in the state in rushing yards with 718, while their defense are ball hawks and have four interceptions.
