IMS Hosts Highland in Superconference Volleyball

After beating Winfield- Mt. Union in five earlier this week, IMS volleyball hosts Highland tonight for another tough Southeast Iowa Superconference match.

IMS is 2-1 in the conference, while Highland is 3-1. IMS is on a six game winning streak which includes beating No. 15 in 4A Mt. Pleasant and beating WMU twice in the streak.

IMS is led by Olivia Yutzy in kills with 168, while Casey Perez has the assisting hands with 253 and Kristin Davis keeps the ball off the ground with 154 digs.

Highland comes in on a three game winning streak and is led in kills by Chelsey Lampe with 52 kills and Jordan Rath with 46 kills. Kaitlin Hora has 53 assists, and Lampe and Kelsey Hora lead the team in digs with 42 and 40 respectively.

Tonight’s SEISC matchup is at IMS and will start around 7 P.M. after the freshmen and JV games.
