A woman accused of stealing money from her Jefferson County employer has her initial appearance today. 57-year-old Terri Ann Prevett was arrested on Friday for Theft in the 1st Degree, a Class C Felony, and Ongoing Criminal Conduct, a Class B Felony. While an employee at The Fairfield Clinic, P.C. between 2007 and July of this year, Prevett allegedly took cash, made unapproved purchases on company credit cards and gave unapproved raises to other employees.
