A walkway used on Main Street Wellman to access a parking lot will soon be closed off to the public. An alleyway created when a building was knocked down to make way for the Hills Bank made the walkway unnecessary. The city is now vacating their easement of the privately owned walkway, also called a tunnel. City Administrator Nick Pacha says the owner has mentioned closing it off.
